Author Information

Regular submissions may be up to 6 pages in length. Industrial papers and posters may be up to 2 pages, excluding references. The review process is single-blind. The workshop's dual submission policy establishes that submissions that are identical (or substantially similar) to papers that have been previously published, or accepted for publication, or that have been submitted in parallel to other conferences or workshops are not appropriate for the ARW.

Paper Electronic Submission

All submission types should be submitted before the deadline via the CMT conference system ( Papers should be formatted according to the style of IEEE R&A conferences (IEEE RAS Latex support for manuscript preparation). Please indicate the submission type: (a) Research paper, (b) industrial or scientific spotlight paper, or (c) poster. All submissions will be subject to peer review by the program committee, and notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the corresponding author. Accepted submissions can be included in the workshop proceedings only if at least one author is registered and presents the work at the workshop. Workshop proceedings will be published in digital format (with ISBN).
