Call for Papers (pdf)
The workshop focuses on current research themes and topics in the field of mobile, medical, field and industrial robotics. For the 2012 edition of the workshop service robotics will be a special area of interests. As a consequence the workshop is dedicated but not limited to the following topics in robotics:
- Kinematics, Dynamics and Control
- Mechanism and Mechatronic Design
- Manipulation and Grasping
- Field Robotics - Rescue Robots and UAV
- Planning and Reasoning
- Robot Perception
- Estimation, Diagnosis and Learning
- AGV and Logistics
- Human Robot Interaction
Paper Electronic Submission
A paper (up to six pages) should be submitted before March 1st 2012 via the EasyChair conference system. Papers should be formatted according to the style of Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (templates are available under http://tinyurl.com/2bez62p).
Please indicate the submission type: (a) regular track or (b) student track (primary author is a student). All submissions will be subject to peer-review by the PC and notification of acceptance will be send by March22nd 2012. Only submissions with at least one author as registered and presenting participant will be included in the workshop proceedings. Workshop proceedings will be published as book and in electronic format with ISBN. The link to the online submission system is http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=arw12.
